EXPERIENCE
I am fortunate to have combined 30 years of professional experience assisting children and adults to secure their legal rights and to access justice. My objective is to provide affordable quality legal services to members of the public and local government or charitable organisations.

My practice covers a range of specialties and offers different service options depending upon your budget to help you solve your legal problem.

My Legal fees are fixed per piece of work based upon an estimated number of hours at £250 per hour. Initial 1 hour consultation to discuss your case is £210.
Most pieces of written work take between 4 - 8 hours for example drafting a legal document, which includes some research and reading to prepare.

Attending court, tribunals or meetings including 2 hours of preparation starts from £800 for a 1 Hour directions hearing. A 2 hour/half day attendance is £1000, and a full day is £1600. Any subsequent day such as in a 2 or more days trial is charged per additional day £1100.
Legal Assistant fees at £100 per hour for a litigant in person. A Legal Assistant is used to support litigation work such as producing court bundles.
Legal Disbursement Fees are added to your legal services fees. These include all costs for court fees, experts fees and third party fees such as for example Land Registry fees.
